In 1979 witness the birth of our parent company, ZION ORCHIDS, from a humble beginning of an orchid grower cum exporter in Singapore which was founded by the late Mr. Lee Teng Koon. This business is succeeded by two sons namely Mr. Lee Chee Hock and Mr. Lee Chee Wee.

Since its inception, ZION ORCHIDS has steadily made its presence felt in the orchid industry in Singapore. It continues to spread its wings and is undeterred by the competitiveness nature of the orchid industry. It has then ventured into Malaysia in 1988 where HOCK WEE NURSERIES SDN BHD was formed.

Under the wings of the two brothers and a close family team work, HOCK WEE rises to meet new challenges by soaring higher, gaining increased momentum and strength in raising the standards of the orchid industry in the country.

HOCK WEE now offers wide range of premium orchids such as Dendrobiums, Arandas, Arantheras, Oncidiums and tropical/exotic foliages like Dracaenas, Cordylines, Monstera and many more to the most discerning customer.
