From the moment you receive your flowers, open the boxes immediately & put the flowers in a cool place (about 15-20 °C).

After removing the orchids from the wrapping sleeve, you may either refresh the blooms with a spray of water mist, or, you can completely submerge the flower in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes.

The water temperature is recommended to be at about 40 °C. Then, cut 1⁄4 inch (1cm) from the stems.

Put the flowers in a clean vase of warm water & arrange. The flowers should be kept away from direct sunlight & other heat sources.
