One of our mission is to improve logistic and shorten supply chain to reduce overseas orchid buyer's cost and increase accessibility coverage.

We are able to schedule all shipments in advance with punctuality and combine them into one bulk shipment resulting in better freight rate making your purchase more economical.

Our orchids are shipped directly to you wherever you are, from our packing-house same day they are cut. We provide a complete door-to-Port delivery service. We deliver our products covering most major cities in the world. The cost of shipping we will indicate separately in our invoice.

Payment
1. All quoted prices are F.O.B. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2. The only payment method for the time being is T/T through our Advising Bank.

Invoicing
Buyers will receive invoice immediately via E-mail after sales transaction has been completed.
The shipping cost will be provided on the same invoice but separated from the FOB cost.

Warranty
Hock Wee Nurseries takes quality standardization as our top business priority. We guarantee that all orchids and foliage are properly graded, checked and packed before delivery.
